- Delivery in 3-4 working days (Mon-Sat) for parcels up to 30kg via APC couriers
- Delivery up to 5 working days (Mon-Sat) for parcels >30kg
- Some services to Scottish Highlands can take up to 7 working days
- No dispatch of parcels on Fridays before a bank holiday weekend
- Other restrictions will apply in winter time due to weather conditions
